Town Council Meetings
Town Council meets for its regular session on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m in Town Hall at 312 Mineral Avenue. Persons wishing to be heard or having an item to be placed on the agenda should make their request to the Clerk of Council by the final Monday of the month preceding the meeting.
Planning Commission Meetings
The Town of Mineral Planning Commission meets for its regular session on the fourth Thurdsay of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Both in Town of Mineral Municipal Building, located at 312 Mineral Avenue.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The public is hereby advised, per Virginia Code § 15.2-2204, that the Town of Mineral Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on the following matter in the Town of Mineral Meeting Room located at 312 Mineral Ave. on Monday, February 12 at 6:30 p.m. All persons with an interest in the same are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. Oral and/or written comments will be received at that time; comments will also be accepted via email at townclerk@townofmineral.net prior to the meeting.
Conditional Use Permit – 628 Mineral Ave. (to allow for the installation of gas pumps)Public hearing to consider a request from Miller’s Market for a conditional use permit per Section 428-57 of the zoning ordinance to allow the installation of gas pumps and other improvements. The parcel is addressed as 628 Mineral Avenue and is identified as tax map parcel 43B2 299 1
